Madwolf Technologies is a 25-year-old IT services company, focused on the government, NGO, and small business sectors. The firm specializes in providing secure, cloud-based, data-handling and collaboration solutions.
With some 30 employees located in five offices spread across the country, a growing list of clients, and an interest in structuring the company for a future sale, management had little bandwidth for day-to-day accounting and HR activities.

To meet Madwolf’s HR needs…
We serve as a human resource generalist, overseeing 401(k) contributions, healthcare coverage, and participating in interviews and employee terminations. We assist with employee issues including COVID-related activities under the CARES Act, and we oversee the outside retirement plan and workers’ compensation audits.
To supplement Madwolf’s accounting…
We handle bookkeeping, tax filings (federal, state, and local county, 1099s, monthly sales and use tax), and provide daily cash management services.
To strengthen Madwolf’s business position…
We provide management with monthly reporting including balance sheet, cash flows, and budget-to-actual results, as well as bi-weekly meetings to discuss strategy and business opportunities. As required, we reach out to Madwolf clients to collect overdue account receivables. And we have recently obtained a PPP (Payroll Protection Program) Loan for the firm as well.
